Dr. Tina Huff has spent her career focused on helping people be successful at work in leadership roles across multiple industries including agriculture, contact centers, food processing, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail/grocery.
As President/Principal Consultant of Accelerari Consulting, Tina’s greatest joy comes from working with teams to apply key principles of employee engagement to their own unique set of challenges and opportunities. Tina works side-by-side with business leaders, applying deep Human Resources and Organizational Development technical expertise for both team development and HR guidance and projects. She is a certified consultant using tools such as The Birkman Method and the Table Group’s 6 Types of Working Genius to accelerate team excellence through coaching and leadership workshops, organizational structure projects, succession planning, and culture/engagement initiatives.
Tina has a PhD in Psychology, with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology; an MBA; and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists. Her certifications include the SHRM-SCP. She is also fully bilingual – she reads, writes, and speaks Spanish as a second “first” language.
Tina serves as a research presenter for conferences and individual employers on employee behavior and supervisory leadership, covering topics such as culture, trust, belonging, stress management, change, ethics, tenacity, HR best practices, safety, and engagement. She has served on multiple boards and has taught Human Resources and career management courses at the graduate and undergraduate level.
