Verity Ulibarri is owner/operator of AVVA Farms, headquartered in Curry County New Mexico. Primary products are grain sorghum, wheat, forages, and cattle. She is a fifth-generation farmer and continues to be active in farm management, production, and farm related organizations. Verity has 20 years of agricultural lending experience in the Farm Credit System in various leadership roles, currently serving as an Agribusiness Relationship Manager with American AgCredit. She has served as Treasurer and Chairwoman of the United Sorghum Checkoff Program. She currently serves as Past Chairwoman on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Grains & Bioproducts Council, a Farmer Envoy for Solutions from the Land, a member of Annie's Project of New Mexico steering committee, and a long-term member of National Sorghum Producers.
