I have been creating supply chain solutions for over 20 years as an engineer, programmer, presenter, educator, and product specialist. My role is to go and see how the process, people and technology are working together, and use my expertise to help clients to increase revenue, decrease operational costs, and improve their customers' experience with efficiency, accuracy, and connectivity. I help clients to connect the “who-what-why-where-and-when” with the “how’s” of automatic identification and data collection, supportng the GS1 Standards.
